Timeline: About 14 days before we list your home.

With the help of our Certified Home Stager, we ensure your home will shine for professional photos and video.
Timeline: About 12 days before we list your home.

Professional Media
We take care of photography (including twilight and aerial shots), video tour, and 3D Matterport scan.
Timeline: 10-12 days before we list your home.

Print Marketing
We create brochures, just listed mailings, and a "home book" with neighborhood, local, and school information.
Timeline: 5-7 days before we list your home.

Online Presence
We begin to build excitement for your listing online through Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube features.
Timeline: 1-2 days before the listing is active (the property will be listed as "coming soon" during this time).

Listing Day! (Generally Thursday PM / Friday AM)
We will make your listing active on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia; full web syndication on 7,200+ websites within 12 hours.

Showings Begin (Generally Saturday AM)
We use the Centralized Showing Service for your security and buyers’ agent ease. You will receive a notification of each showing. We may suggest that you make arrangements to stay elsewhere if possible during the first weekend.

On the Market
We will provide buyer feedback as received, daily email with new and competing listings, weekly stats update (exposure, public views, aggregate data).

Offer(s) Received
We help you identify the strengths and drawbacks of offers received and work cooperatively with the buyer's agent toward an offer that meets your unique needs.

Closing Day!
We will help you navigate each step of your sale. You can usually expect to close 30-45 days after going under contract.
